This shipping policy applies to orders placed through https://feniksenergy.com. The website is operated by Feniks Solar Solution B.V., trading as Feniks Energy.
1. Shipping Area
We primarily ship to customers within the Netherlands. We may also ship to other European countries when delivery is available for the selected product and destination. Some products, especially batteries, home batteries, and large electrical items, may be subject to carrier restrictions, safety regulations, or regional limitations.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment is completed and accepted. Processing time can vary depending on stock availability, product type, warehouse busyness, carrier availability, and any additional checks required for battery or large parcel shipments.
For pre-order, back-order, or soon-to-be-available products, the delivery timing starts from the date the product becomes available for shipping, not from the date the reservation or request was placed.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown on the website or during checkout are estimates. As a general guideline, small in-stock parcels within the Netherlands might arrive within a few business days after dispatch, while larger items, battery products, or deliveries to other European countries may take longer.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly confirmed in writing.
4. Shipping Costs
Any shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you place the order. Costs may depend on the product, destination, package size, weight, carrier service, and any special handling requirements.
5. Delivery Restrictions
Some carriers have special rules for lithium batteries, heavy parcels, remote areas, islands, pickup points, or business addresses. If we are unable to ship an order to your chosen address, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or cancel and refund the order if no suitable option is available.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address, email address, and phone number are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
7. Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information via email or through the order status page. It may take some time for tracking updates to become visible after the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
8. Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives, where possible, please inspect the packaging before signing for or accepting the delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, ask the carrier to note the damage and contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product.
9. Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at fenxelectronics@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details. We will work with the carrier and advise you on the next steps.
