Warranty Policy

This warranty policy explains how Feniks Solar Solution B.V., trading as Feniks Energy, handles warranty and after-sales requests for products purchased through https://feniksenergy.com.
1. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have statutory rights when a product does not conform to the contract. These statutory rights apply regardless of any commercial manufacturer's warranty. A commercial warranty never limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Under EU consumer rules, consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods. Depending on the country you reside in, additional mandatory rules may apply.
2. Manufacturer's warranty
Some products may include a separate commercial warranty from the manufacturer. The exact warranty period, coverage, and terms may vary by product, brand, batch, accessory, and market. Please check the product page, user manual, warranty card, or manufacturer's documentation for the warranty terms applicable to your product.
Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, we can assist in coordinating the claim with the manufacturer or an authorized service partner.
3. What may be covered
Warranty or conformity support may apply when a product has a manufacturing defect, does not conform to the agreed product description, or fails during normal use under the circumstances described in the user manual.
Depending on the case, the solution may include troubleshooting, spare parts, repair, replacement, manufacturer service, refund, or another legally appropriate solution.
4. What is usually not covered
Warranty coverage usually does not apply to problems caused by:
- Improper installation, incorrect wiring, unsuitable electrical conditions, or use by an unqualified person when professional installation is required or recommended.
- Misuse, negligence, impact damage, water damage outside of the product classification, improper storage, an abnormal environment, or failure to follow the manual.
- Unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, or use of incompatible accessories.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks that do not affect operation, or consumable parts unless otherwise required by law.
- Damage during return transit caused by inadequate packaging.
- Products purchased from another seller, second-hand products, or products without valid proof of purchase from Feniks Energy.
5. Keep the original packaging
For batteries, inverters, solar accessories, and other technical products, we strongly recommend keeping the original packaging and protective materials. If a product needs to be returned for inspection, repair, or replacement, secure packaging is important and may be required by the carrier, especially for products containing batteries.
6. How to request warranty support
Please contact us at fenxelectronics@gmail.com before returning any product. Include:
- Your order number and purchase date.
- Your name, email address, and shipping address.
- The product name, serial number if available, and a clear description of the problem.
- Photos, videos, app screenshots, error codes, or test results that help us understand the issue.
7. Assessment process
We may ask you to perform reasonable troubleshooting steps, provide additional information, or return the product for inspection. Do not return a product before you have received return instructions from us first.
If the problem is covered, we will provide an appropriate solution. If the problem is not covered, we will explain why and, where available, offer a paid repair, replacement part, or alternative solution.
8. Safety of batteries and electrical products
Products containing batteries or electrical components must be handled and transported according to safety instructions and carrier regulations. If a battery product is damaged, swollen, leaking, unusually hot, or otherwise unsafe, stop using it immediately and contact us before moving or shipping it.
