2. Customers and Sales Territory

We primarily sell to customers in the Netherlands. We may also sell to customers in other European countries where delivery and product availability permit. Some products, including batteries and home energy storage products, may be subject to shipping, installation, safety, or regulatory restrictions in certain locations.

3. Products and Product Information

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Product images, dimensions, technical specifications, compatibility information, battery capacity, installation examples, and app features are provided for informational purposes. Before ordering, always verify whether a product is suitable for your home, electrical installation, local regulations, and intended use.

4. Orders and Formation of Agreement

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An agreement is formed when we accept your order by confirming it or by shipping the products. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if information on the website contains a clear error, if payment has not been completed, or if delivery is not reasonably possible.

5. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in euros. Unless otherwise stated, consumer prices include VAT where applicable. Any delivery costs will be displayed during checkout before you place the order.

6. Payment

Available payment methods will be shown during checkout. Payment must be completed before we process and ship your order, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

7. Delivery

Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates. We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe, but delivery may be affected by stock availability, carrier delays, product size, transport requirements for batteries, customs, or local restrictions. The risk of the product transfers to you when the product is delivered to you or a person designated by you.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, unless a legal exception applies. Products must be returned complete, unused where reasonably possible, safely packaged, and with all accessories and manuals. You are responsible for handling products carefully during the withdrawal period.

For products containing batteries or electrical components, please follow our return instructions before sending the product back. Some carriers have special transport rules for batteries.

9. Refunds

If you validly withdraw from a purchase, we will refund eligible payments using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may delay the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that you have returned it, whichever comes first.

10. Warranty and Conformity

Consumers have legal rights when a product does not conform to the agreement. Additionally, some products may have a commercial manufacturer's warranty. A commercial warranty does not limit your legal rights. Warranty claims may be refused if damage is due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, unsuitable electrical conditions, water or impact damage, or use contrary to the manual.

11. Installation and Safety

Home energy storage products and battery systems must be used according to the applicable manual, safety instructions, and local regulations. Where professional installation or inspection is required or recommended, you are responsible for engaging a qualified person. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions.

12. Complaints

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, business loss, or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.

15. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the country where you reside.
