2. Customers and sales area

We mainly sell to customers in the Netherlands. We may also sell to customers in other European countries where delivery and product availability allow this. Some products, including batteries and home energy storage products, may be subject to shipping, installation, safety or regulatory restrictions in certain locations.

3. Products and product information

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Product images, dimensions, technical specifications, compatibility notes, battery capacity, installation examples and app features are provided for information purposes. Always check whether a product is suitable for your home, electrical installation, local rules and intended use before ordering.

4. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy the selected products. A contract is formed when we accept your order by confirming it or by dispatching the products. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where information on the website contains an obvious error, where payment is not completed, or where delivery is not reasonably possible.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros. Unless stated otherwise, prices for consumers include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are shown during checkout before you place the order.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before we process and ship your order, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

7. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the indicated timeframe, but delivery may be affected by stock availability, carrier delays, product size, battery transport requirements, customs or local restrictions. Risk in the product passes to you when the product has been delivered to you or to a person designated by you.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, unless an exception applies by law. Products should be returned complete, unused where reasonably possible, safely packed and with all accessories and manuals. You are responsible for handling products with care during the withdrawal period.

For products that contain batteries or electrical components, please follow our return instructions before shipping the product back. Some carriers apply special transport rules for batteries.

9. Refunds

Where you validly withdraw from a purchase, we will refund eligible payments using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

10. Warranty and conformity

Consumers have statutory rights if a product does not conform to the contract. In addition, some products may include a commercial manufacturer warranty. A commercial warranty does not limit your statutory rights. Warranty claims may be refused where damage results from misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised repair, unsuitable electrical conditions, water or impact damage, or use contrary to the manual.

11. Installation and safety

Home energy storage products and battery systems must be used according to the applicable manual, safety instructions and local rules. Where professional installation or inspection is required or recommended, you are responsible for arranging this with a qualified person. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or non-compliance with safety instructions.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us at fenxelectronics@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and any relevant photos or documents. We will try to respond within a reasonable time.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.

14. Privacy and cookies

Our processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
