Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://feniksenergy.com. The website is operated by Feniks Solar Solution B.V., trading as Feniks Energy.

1. Shipping area

We mainly ship to customers in the Netherlands. We may also ship to other European countries where delivery is available for the selected product and destination. Some products, especially batteries, home energy storage systems and large electrical items, may be subject to carrier, safety or regional restrictions.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed after payment has been completed and accepted. Processing time may vary depending on stock availability, product type, warehouse workload, carrier availability and any additional checks required for battery or large-parcel transport.

For pre-order, backorder or coming soon products, delivery timing starts from the date the product becomes available for dispatch, not from the date the reservation or enquiry is placed.

3. Delivery estimates

Delivery times shown on the website or during checkout are estimates. As a general guide, in-stock small parcels within the Netherlands may arrive within a few business days after dispatch, while larger items, battery products or deliveries to other European countries may take longer.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless this has been expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown during checkout before you place the order. Costs may depend on the product, destination, parcel size, weight, carrier service and any special handling requirements.

5. Delivery restrictions

Some carriers apply special rules for lithium batteries, heavy parcels, remote areas, islands, pick-up points or business addresses. If we cannot ship an order to your selected address, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or cancel and refund the order if no suitable option is available.

6. Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address, email address and phone number are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email or through the order status page. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

8. Receiving your order

When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging before signing or accepting delivery where possible. If the package is visibly damaged, ask the carrier to record the damage and contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product.

9. Missing, delayed or damaged shipments

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us at fenxelectronics@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will work with the carrier and advise you on the next steps.
